Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Jazz Miles Club Program! By participating, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
  1. Eligibility: To join, create a JMC Account on jazzmilesclub.com, or birdsbasement.com.
  2. Earning Points: Earn points by booking Bird’s Basement Jazz Club tickets either on our website birdsbasement.com or call 1300BBJAZZ, or spending at our venues. 1 point = 5 cents, 20 points = $1.
  3. Points Redemption: Use points to upgrade your membership tier. Point balances can be checked through your JMC Account. Points cannot be sold, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
  4. Membership Tiers: There are four membership categories: bronze (10,000 points), silver (20,000 points), gold (30,000 points), and platinum (50,000 points). Benefits of each tier can be found on https://jazzmilesclub.com.
  5. Upgrading Membership Tiers: Membership tiers are based on total points earned. Members will be automatically upgraded to the next tier when the points threshold is met.
  6. Point Values: We reserve the right to change the point values and program benefits at any time.
  7. Point Expiration: Points will expire after 24 months of account inactivity.
  8. Point Calculation: Point accumulation is based on the dollar amount spent. Taxes, fees, and gratuities are not included.
  9. Restrictions: Points cannot be used to purchase tickets on the night of a show. Jazz Miles Club cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.
  10. Termination: We may terminate your JMC Account for non-use for 24 months, noncompliance with the Terms & Conditions, or fraudulent activity. We may discontinue the program without liability.
